​St. John the Baptist uses an at-home faith formation model.  You, as a parent, are the most important person in your child’s faith formation.  Our goal as a parish is to support you to form your children to be ready, intellectually and spiritually, to receive the Sacraments and live their Catholic Faith.  Please see the attached letters for further introduction to our Family Faith Formation Program.

Steps to register for Family-based Faith Formation:

1. Download and complete the Family Faith Formation Child Form for each child registering for faith formation (i.e. each child that is preparing to receive a Sacrament). Aplicación de Hijo/a

2. Download and complete the Family Faith Formation Application for each family. For example, if you have 3 children registering for faith formation, you complete the "child form" in step one three times and the Family Faith Formation Application in step two one time. Aplicación de Padres

3. Send your completed forms to secretary@stjohntryon.com, mail them to the church office, or drop off during office hours.

4. You will be guided through the next steps once your forms are received. Thank you!
