Steps to register for Family-based Faith Formation:
-
Download and complete the Family Faith Formation Child Form for each child registering for faith formation (i.e. each child that is preparing to receive a Sacrament).
-
Download and complete the Family Faith Formation Application for each family. For example, if you have 3 children registering for faith formation, you complete the "child form" in step one three times and the Family Faith Formation Application in step two one time.
-
Send your completed forms to secretary@stjohntryon.com, mail them to the church office, or drop off during office hours.
-
You will be guided through the next steps once your forms are received. Thank you!

Fraternus
"Fraternus is a Catholic brotherhood for all ages. For over a decade Fraternus has been recovering the lost art of mentoring, harnessing the power of brotherly men and fathers, and teaching the virtues rooted in Christ as the path to authentic manliness."

St. John's Fraternus Chapter aims to help men of the parish recognize their brotherhood and foster it; equip these men to be effective mentors of the young men in the parish; and, in this context of brotherhood, study and develop Christian virtue.

Fraternus meets at Harmon Field on Wednesdays @ 6:30 PM. Check the bulletin for contacts and schedule updates.
Other Youth Faith Formation
As children grow, Creeds and Canons and Donuts and Dogma become valuable additions to their faith formation at home. Don't hesitate to bring the whole family!

Also consider using the recordings of Creeds and Canons and/or Father's Homilies as an enrichment to your home-based faith formation.
